To begin the project, you will receive a service agreement and a design questionnaire. Both must be completed to initiate the design process.

Payments can be made via the website or through a custom invoice. Invoices will be issued once both the client and KYUnlimited have agreed upon the project pricing. All invoices must be paid within 72 hours; otherwise, the invoice will be canceled until the client is ready to proceed.

For projects over $500, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to initiate the design process. Projects under $500 must be paid in full upfront. The remaining 50% balance, along with any additional agreed-upon service fees, are due upon completion of the initial design and before finalization. No project will proceed without full payment. KYUnlimited accepts payments via the methods listed on the checkout page.

All payments are 100% non-refundable. Refunds cannot be issued under any circumstances. This agreement is strictly enforced once work has begun and/or proofs have been provided. Promotional sale prices are non-refundable and must be paid in full. If a client cancels services, no payments will be reimbursed, and any amount paid is forfeited.

Project Completion Timeline

• Graphic Design Projects: Typically completed within 1-2 weeks, up to a maximum of 21 business days, once all required content is submitted.

• Web Design Projects: Typically completed within 2-4 weeks once all content is submitted.

• Branding Packages: Typically completed within 4-6 weeks once all content is submitted.

These timelines do not include the revision process. All projects follow a 5-business-day work schedule, excluding weekends, holidays, company vacations, and observed holidays. While we strive to provide updates, daily or weekly updates are not guaranteed.

Termination due to breach of policy, non-communication, or unprofessional behavior will not result in refunds.

Each project/package includes a set number of revisions. Once these revisions are exhausted, additional changes will incur a fee.

Unused revisions expire immediately once the final project is delivered via email, published online, or official files are sent.

The client is expected to respect the agreed timeline for feedback, revisions, and approvals to avoid project delays. Both parties agree to communicate professionally and courteously at all times. Foul language or threats from the client will result in immediate project termination without refund.

Clients who fail to respond to project-related emails regarding missing information, draft reviews, or communication needs within thirty (30) business days will result in the project being terminated without refund.

Clients may request up to a 90 day grace period to delay the start of their project and must be agreed upon to proceed. Requests exceeding this limit or disrupting other workflows will be denied. Projects that remain inactive for over 90 days or receive no communication within the timeframe will be forfeited.

For confidential design projects requiring a non-disclosure agreement (NDA), clients must meet one of the following conditions:

1. The project total exceeds $500 US Dollars.

2. The client subscribes to a recurring monthly design package.

Additional fees apply for NDA agreements, including a 5% disclosure fee (billed separately after order payment). 10% for orders that exceed $1250. The NDA is not official until this fee is paid and the agreement is finalized.

NDA/White-label terms may include, but are not limited to:

• Removal of KYUnlimited’s design watermark from the website footer

• Restrictions on public showcasing of the project (except for inclusion in KYUnlimited’s portfolio)

• Draft files, including revision files, non-selected logo proofs, premium fonts, and PSDs, remain the property of KYUnlimited. Clients may not post proof or example work publicly.

• All communication is conducted via email or through the client portal to ensure a clear record for both the client and designer, minimizing misunderstandings.

• These terms are outlined on our PayPal and Square invoices, website, and pre-hire communications and must be reviewed in full before proceeding.
