Please keep in mind that when you ask me to FREESTLYE, our visions may not match. This can lead to multiple revisions, and sometimes disagreements between the customer and I.
 
INFORMATION: Please send all information to info@kyunlimited.com. INCLUDING logo in transparent format. TURN AROUND TIME:All artwork takes 3-5 business days. During high peak periods can take 7-10 business days. This includes Logos, Flyer in a rush, that is perfectly fine, rush fees are available. Rush fees on these items are 1-2 business days. If you need your item quicker, you can rush the order. Rush orders have a turn around time of 24-48 hours. This turnaround time does NOT include weekends or holidays.
 
 REFUNDS: 
There will be NO REFUNDS issued on orders that have been started and/or issued out. If a dispute is filed, and your order is in progress, please be advised that the process of your order will come to an end, and you will not receive the item in which you requested. Refunds will be issued out if there was a mistake on our end.
