INFORMATION: A questionnaire will be sent once the order is made. Please thoroughly fill out and send all information to info@kyunlimited.com , INCLUDING logo in transparent format.
 
TURN AROUND TIME: All artwork takes 3-5 business days. During high peak periods can take 7-10 business days. If you need your item sooner, you can rush the order. Rush orders have a turn around time of 48-72 hours. This turnaround time does NOT include weekends or holidays. Contact for pricing.
 
REFUNDS: There will be NO REFUNDS issued on orders that have been started and/or issued out. If a dispute is filed, and your order is in progress, please be advised that the process of your order will come to an end, and you will not receive the item in which you requested. Refunds will be issued out if there was a mistake on our end. 
 
FILES: All designs are made in Adobe platforms and the finalized files will include JPG, PNG, PDF and/or a vector file depending on you.
