TURN AROUND TIME: All artwork takes 3-5 business days. During high peak periods, it can take 7-10 business days. This includes Logos, Flyer in a rush, that is perfectly fine, rush fees are available. Rush fees on these items are 1-2 business days. If you need your item quicker, you can rush the order. Rush orders have a turn around time of 24-48 hours. This turnaround time does NOT include weekends or holidays. Simply select yes on the "Rush Order'' selection.  
 
REFUNDS: There will be NO REFUNDS issued on orders that have been started and/or issued out. If a dispute is filed, and your order is in progress, please be advised that the process of your order will come to an end, and you will not receive the item in which you requested. Refunds will be issued out if there was a mistake on our end. 
 
FILES: All designs are made in Adobe Photoshop and the finalized logo files will include JPG, PDF and a vector file upon request.
