There is a THREE revision limit only. After that, a fee is required per additional revision of $20. It is imperative to have a vision of some sort for your brand. Please keep in mind that when you ask me to FREESTLYE, our visions may not match. This can lead to multiple revisions, and sometimes disagreements between the customer and I.  
 
INFORMATION: A questionnaire will be sent once the order is made. Please thoroughly fill out and send all information to info@kyunlimited.com , INCLUDING logo in transparent format.
 
TURN AROUND TIME: All artwork takes 5-7 business days. During high peak periods can take 7-10 business days. If you need your item quicker, you can rush the order. Rush orders have a turn around time of 24-48 hours. This turnaround time does NOT include weekends or holidays. Simply select yes on the "Rush Order'' selection.  
 
REFUNDS: There will be NO REFUNDS issued on orders that have been started and/or issued out. If a dispute is filed, and your order is in progress, please be advised that the process of your order will come to an end, and you will not receive the item in which you requested. Refunds will be issued out if there was a mistake on our end. 
 
FILES: All designs are made in Adobe Photoshop and the finalized logo files will include PDF for printing. If wanting different sizing please message me to begin a custom order.
